Leavers' Hoodies   We can't believe that our Y6 children have only a term left with us! Thanks to Mr Stock-Shilton who has helped us to be a bit more organised this year and get our hoodies a little earlier that before.

Thanks to everyone who has donated to Comic Relief today in exchange for wearing their silly socks. What an amazing array of hilarious hosiery!

Y6 joined forces with Y6 children from Hose, Harby and Long Clawson on a trip to Warning Zone in Leicester where we learnt all about managing risk, avoiding danger and staying safe.

We enjoyed a lovely service in the church to mark Mother's Day, with our flower decorations hanging up and with special songs and poems for all the mums. And our parents continue to astonish us with their baking. Sharlene never fails to impress and her Mother's Day cupcakes for the cake raff...

Mr Hatherley has gone above and beyond for the cake raffle today - what an astonishing creation! What fantastic parents we have. I hope you all remembered to buy tickets!

Base 2 have been learning about habitats in Science and were given a project to create a habitat in a box at home. The results were amazing! An incredible array of skill, imagination and attention to detail. We have loved exploring them and learning more today!
